Friends taking me for dinner. Help!

Friends are taking me out for dinner at a casino and I have NO idea what I'll be able to eat. I also don't eat gluten so need to watch. Can someone look at the menu and give me some suggestions? www.chances.ca/locations/castlegar/dining/aspx

    The menu isn't coming up.
    I usually just get meat and green veg at restaurants. Pass on the bread and add a salad without croutons. Make sure to ask for regular not lite dressing.

    Get a burger without the bun and a salad with it instead of fries.

    I'm usually pleasantly surprised at how many restaurants will make substitutions if you simply ask.

    This. My husband wanted Italian for lunch today, and I was a little worried. But I ordered chicken Alfredo, asked them to hold the pasta, and add spinach. The waiter didn't even bat an eye.

    Don't be afraid to ask. Most places are more then willing to work with you!
