    I have no idea what my bodyfat% is. Sorry! But I like running, short hikes, riding the beach cruiser, eating, and the occasional workout dvd.

    Current: 135 (for the last few months. Put on some weight after being ill)
    Goal : to return to what I've been up until a few months ago between 125-129

    Heaviest: 176 (in my early 20s. Got down to 128 and kept between 128-135 for more than a decade. 3 years ago got very sick and have been gaining weight since.)
    Current Weight: 143
    Current Fat: 28%
    Goal Weight: 130-135
    Goal Fat: 21-24%

    My downfall has been sugar and late evening eating...

    I'm looking for MFP friends to cheer on! I have an extremely small frame, (ring size under 4) so my goal number looks a little low. Trust me, it's where my set point is when I eat right and get a little exercise. Any twins out there?

    So I'm pretty new to this forum posting business but here goes:

    age: 24
    height: 5'2 1/2" or 5'3" on a good day
    HW: 130
    CW: 117-118
    GW1: 114-115

    looking to get leaner, tone and strengthen. My stomach will forever be my biggest "problem" area. I basically want to be able to be as kickass as Buffy Summers and be healthier overall.

    Also, I'm vegan. Where my other plant based babes at?! :D

    I am not as concerned with weight as I am with measurements. I am doing some weight lifting as well as diet and cardio so I expect to gain some muscle to misconstrue my progress as far as lbs lost is concerned.

    I'm 49 years old and usually very active but due to illness the past year, I've lost all muscle tone and stamina. I'm hoping to get back into (some semblance of) shape this Fall. I'd love a twin who is about my age - as age has a way of doing funky things to our bodies, metabolism, etc. and would love support around this :)
