Hey all!
I joined MFP after an internet-friend of mine asked me a ton of questions about weight loss. I didn't mind helping him out since I've had some success myself, and a personal trainer cert as well. He later invited me to view his diaries on MFP and so after a few days of tracking him, I decided to input some of my nutrition/fitness as well! I lost weight using intermittent fasting and paleo/keto eating strategy - so when I finally decided to go all in MFP, I found this group.
Current plans are to get back on the wagon and re-lose some weight I re-gained while traveling, and being discouraged when stalling. Ultimately I of course want to lose even more than I did initially, and cheer on my friend as well.
I'd really love to get some more MFP buddies who are like minded. I am a 20%Carb/55%Fat/25%Protein kind of guy who does StrongLifts 5x5 and walks the dog. I also like making work out plans, so there's a perk if you need it
I'm really liking your reference library here, which I'll be using to troubleshoot what exactly stopped my weight loss before in order to avoid the same mistakes this time around.
