I am an emotional eater I eat when I'm bored or happy or lots of other reasons I can be doing great loosing weight then I start stuffing myself and ruin sall my work how do I break this habbit

    I have the same problem. Also I tend to binge on those foods. I'm only two weeks at this so I'm not really an expert but so far I've just eliminated those trigger foods from my life and I'm trying to use other distractions like music and really good coffee or tea... Good luck, friend me if you like and maybe we can distract each other when the "mood" hits!!
