I did the Pilates this morning since i missed my workout yesterday (day 4) so I will get the cardio in later today. NOT looking forward to the burpees! How mean to put cardio on a Friday. Just sayin'...0

lol Cardio Friday and Dirty 30 tomorrow. Burpees were tough for me honestly had a hard time with a lot of it and I thought I would do ok because I have been doing turbo fire for 3 months um nope.0
