They says drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water. If you want to shed pounds make sure you stay hydrated with water.

I call water the great equalizer ... if I drank enough (and your math is what I follow @jenclittle76), my "bad" days don't seem to have the same negative consequences.0

Hmm guess I'm doing good on the water intake. Generally fill my 32oz nalgene three times a day and still drink a glass or two during meals. I also live in Arizona. Pretty normal for everyone to be carrying water with extra back up water in vehicles and such. Water is life!0

Yeah that's great!! I try do same.. Love my new Magnaball Nalgene!! I don't drink soft drinks or anything.. Water, tea, coffee, alcohol0
