Ok, I'll throw my hat in the ring, too.

Quick stats - started Jan. 12th this year, weighed 402 (409 at my highest). As of today, I'm at 286.

1600 cals, 5% carbs (<20), 20% protein (80+g) and 75% fat (130ishg). I started with 0 exercise, started walking in May with the 30 day walking challenge, averaged 12k steps/day in June, started c25k in July and went on vacation most of August and did virtually nothing! I'm back to trying to learn to run again, every other day but that and walk are all I do for exercise.

I posted this photo on my profile a few days ago and am still in awe of the difference.

I have to agree with Ken, I think, from an earlier post.. this is not a diet, it's the way I need and choose to live my life. It's the only time I've ever lost over 55#, and the only time I've ever been able to see myself eating this way forever. And I'm great with that!!

Wow - you've lost all that weight, but goodness, woman, you've lost 20+ years, too!! You look incredible. :) Congratulations.
