Daily Calories

Hello, just wondered what the average daily calories should be. I originally set mine at 1200 but found I was really hungry, then I changed it to 1500 and I always seem to go over, either by a little or a lot up to 2000 (on weekends). My activity level is generally 8000 to 11000 steps per day. Just wondered I am being a glutton or do I need to ride the hunger out and my body will automatically adjust. Cheers everyone

    Had my light bulb moment yesterday - actually putting daily calories out there on a forum - yes I am a glutton!!!! Noticed too I am getting ugly blue veins on my legs - definitely need to pull my finger out and find the healthy me again. Have a nice weekend everyone :-)

    My daily calories goal is 1200. I am hungry sometime too especially after work. I eat an additional salad, or strawberries or slice apple with no skins.

    The first couple of days was a challenge but now although I am still hungry sometime, I can do it easier.
