Weighed in this morning because I wanted to know where I was at today; should have probably waited until my normal weigh in day (Thursday), but my motivation/will-power was running low and better spent keeping my calories on track.
Feel pretty good about my exercise and calorie intake this week. My calculated loss more or less reflects my actual, which is always a good thing. My target for the end of the month may be a bit aggressive, but I'm still shooting for it.

Jogging/Running - 14.1 miles (25 Miles)

Struggles and successes of the week
A week of two halves - the first half was good but slower than usual, and over the weekend I came down with a nasty lurgy. So I missed my activity goals for the week, specifically I fell back on my weekly stepping, but still managed to post a loss (essentially the same this morning as I was on Friday morning). I've now beaten my stepping goal for the month and brought my calories under the cumulative target, making up for the heavy start to the month, so hoping for a strong finish to September.

Haven't been sleeping much, and have been stressed out. Calculated loss was 2lbs, and only lost 0.6 so I'm assuming that I will see a bit of a "Whoosh" next week; It'll make it easier to drop my target loss next month.
Feel pretty good about my exercise and calorie intake this week. I'm a little light on running and cycling this week, but that's so I'm rested for my 5K on Sunday.
