Hello. My goal is to burn fat while still maintaining/possibly gaining more muscle. I would like to get my abs back and tighten my muscles up. I currently weigh 123 pounds, but 115 pounds would be my ideal weight. What rep range should I be lifting in? How much and how often should i do cardio? Should i eat below, above or at maintenance calories? What has worked for you all?

I do Ice Cream fitness 5x5 3 times per week - it's a progressive load program and you can google it to get more info. From what I understand, at your weight you can either eat at deficit to lose or you can eat at maintenance to recomp. If your goal is to burn fat while maintaining muscle then deficit it is. Best to you!0

I can't wait to get to maintenance lol! Here is a really good thread on recomp which is eating at maintenance while slowly losing fat and gaining muscle.
