These two know how to survive, a better bet than most...although I'm really interested in the new Morgan.
My goals:
1. Under calories 6 days a week but I'm going to have to space it so reporting day is the first day of the new week, because we have to report before the day is done here
2. run 20 miles a week
3. strength training 4 days a week minimum 30 minutes per workout0 -
Back from the Fear the Walking Dead challenge. My 3 weekly goals are:
-run at least 4x a week
-strength train at least 3x a week
-stay within my calorie goal 6/7 days a week0 -
Love me some Daryl and Carol!!
-Cardio 4x week
-Strength 2x week
-Stay within/under my calorie goal 7 days a week.0 -
I am a Carol, since the start, no sense in changing now and us, Carols, all love Daryl
Introduce myself. I live in the Denver area. I'm a SAHM to a special needs 12 yr old boy and a precocious 8 yr old girl. They keep me busy. My favorite workouts are pilates and swimming but right now I'm getting ready for the Thanksgiving 5k with my family so I'm running instead of swimming.
I'm mixing up my goals this time. Need to make things a little different.
1. Complete a week of C25k.
2. 6/7 meet or exceed my protein goal
3. 220 exercise minutes(not including C25k)

I'm here cause of Daryl!
I'm a SAHM, homeschooling mom with 3 kids.
My goals are to lose these last 10lbs,
Consistently run 5k in 30min,
And to tone and tighten up.
I'm a go hard or go home kind of person. I believe in keeping each other motivated and accountable. And I HATE to lose!!! I've been looking forward to this challenge all summer!0 -
I love Daryl and Carol has become awesome as well. This will be fun! Go team!
Goals:
1) Pull up progressions 3x week.
2) Gym 4x week.

To be honest it's my roommate who is the Walking Deas Addict.. If you will. I did the FTWD challenge to try to inspire him to join. Same with this one. No movement yet.. Literally. He's bound to get eaten soon. Lol
My goals are:
1) Stay within calorie average 6/7 days (or for the week.
2) Cardio 3-4 times a week. ( can be averaging 10,000 steps a day ((?)))
3) Strength and/or Calisthenics 3-4 times a week.
I'd like to add a fourth just because it's a struggle as well as cab bra set back. So..
4) it's ok to stray, as long as I get back on target ( and don't get bit! ).
