Enjoy your Saturday but please make it an active one. There are lots of ways to keep moving. Leaf raking and yard tending, walking with a friend, checking out a local farmer's market or going for a bike ride are a few of the many possibilities!
Alternative Challenge:
Try out a bunch of different exercises and if you like one a lot start incorporating it into your daily routine. For example: If you like yoga try stretching and practicing smaller moves throughout the day.

I did some stretches as my back happens to be out again. I think deadlifts are no longer going to be part of my exercise routine. Sleeping on a hardwood floor is not very comfy lol0
