Weight Loss Challenge: 20 pounds by 2016

Hello, C25Kers:

For anyone who is interested, there is a new weight loss challenge group called "20 pounds by 2016). It is being run by my new MFP friend, Chandal. The first weigh in will be on October 18th. You can weigh in any day, as long as it is in that week. Since we are doing C25k, some weight will naturally come off. Why not put yourself to the test and see if you can drop 20 lbs by the end of the year. Doesn't hurt to try. If you are interested, you can find this open group here:
