low carb potstickers? (not lettuce wrapped)

Does anyone have a recipe for a lower carb potsticker? I've seen ones with a cabbage wrap, and while they look yummy, I'm not sure they'd satisfy the potsticker cravings.

    Shooting in the dark here, but perhaps try make a dough from some psyllium husk and coconut flour? Depending on how low carb you are and whether you use gluten, there's also the option using soy flour in a recipe here

    I've made cabbage dumplings many times and they are amazing! Perfect for when I'm craving dim sum. I steam mine, but I'm sure they would be nice pan fried in a little sesame oil to give them a nice crispy texture. Just make sure they're cooked all the way through first.

    I've also seen recipes for egg roll in a bowl that might meet this. I haven't braved it yet, but that sounded most appealing to me...maybe with some super thin unsweetened coconut flour pancakes to wrap/bite it up in? I would only do it to eat, not to cook, because I don't think the coconut flour wraps would respond the same way to steaming/boiling and browning.... But cooked thin per instructions, they reminded me of the way my potstickers "act" after being browned...

    These are awesome! I do not know the carb count as I haven't made them since starting the keto diet but from looking at the ingredients, they are very low-carb!

    I'm wondering if you could use these low-carb crepes, wrap around filling and do a quick fry in sesame oil?
