    I am a Carol in many ways!

    My goals:
    1:Move 35 miles during the week - preferably running
    2:Log everything
    3: Stay under weekly allot cals

    I can get the first attach finished tonight!!!

    OHOHOHOH - I just bought a Carbon Express crossbow and can stack the arrows already!!!!!

    week goals-no fast food, increase water daily, at least 64 oz., and get in 6K steps daily...

    Alright, I completed everything and posted. I survived the attack.. With many head tilt looks from my dog and I took out a few inanimate objects in the process. Lol

    1. 4 cardio workout days
    2. 3 strength workout days
    3. 3. Stay under my calorie goal 6 of 7 days

    Yesterday did not go as I had planned in the AM. I did see that I had been added to the challenge until after 10PM and didn't get to the first attack. Do I need to go join the zombies already or do I get to start the challenge this week?? :o

    Goal 1- Workout 4/wk (includes Combat training)
    Goal 2- Preplan Lunches (Mon/ Fri)
    Goal 3- Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate! 64 oz each day!

    Week 2 goals, changing them slightly from week one.. glad no one got elminated last week as I got a very nasty cold which knocked me out the whole week.. I intend to do the fit test Goals this week

    1 - Running distance progressions, add 1 mile each week (this week will be 3 miles)
    2 - No Alcohol
    3 - Do my own planned workouts.

    planned workouts are

    12 week to fit week 1
    run 3 miles
    Flex 3x
    Fit test from week 1
