    Hi everyone! I am 5'8 and my goal weight is 155, my current weight is 198 and I am down from 226. Let's get it!

    Hi I'm Andreia my goal weight is 160...for my height I should probably be around 145 but many centuries ago I weighed 145 and looked skinny and sick so I'm hoping I'll keep my curves at 160

    I'm 5'6''. Weighed 239.6 in Jan. Now 212lbs. My short term goal for the next 3months is to be under 200 lbs, long term goal is 175 by June next year. I am trying to be very realistic with my goals.

    My goal weight is 135-140 lbs. This is when I felt and looked my best in this life here. I am presently 172 lbs as of this morning. I know this sounds crazy but when I began my journey to lose weight I wanted to do it because I wanted to be able to fit all of the nice gently used clothing at Goodwill. I shop at Goddwill alot and notice that most of the nice things that I see are in the smaller sizes. Plus, money is tight and that would save me a bunch while still looking fabulous on a budget.

    YES. I miss shopping at thrift stores and not worrying about whether or not clothes would fit me.

    Hi my target was 154lbs (5'9") down from 179lbs but I think I may aim for around 145 if that means my legs and belly will be on point.

    I had a DEXA Scan almost 10 years ago, whereby I learned I have a higher than average bone density, which explains how I can weigh 180lb but appear to weigh 150-ish. I imagine I'm not the only one for whom this is the case, but reading through this thread, I can't tell. While I'm sure my body comp. has changed since that scan years ago, I still think my frame will never reflect my true weight. Having said that, encompassed in my WLG is getting my BP under control, maintaining better habits and choices, so that I don't expose myself to long-term diseases which run in the family, and fitting my frigging clothes again. :# good luck to all of you, and thanks for sharing!

    My short term goal has been accomplished. Today's wt is 199.6 lbs Want to lose 3 lbs by the end of the month then continue working towards my long term goal of 175 lbs .

    I am 5'4. My goal is between 122 and 125 . I chose these numbers because it looks good on me. I have a pear shape and my curves r dope at this weight. I had knee surgery 6 months ago after tearing my meniscus while running. I gained like 33 pounds because of the year i spent injured. I am just trying to get back to the Athletic bulid i had before.

    Well I'm 5'4 and my starting weight was 206 and I'm currently 195, my goal weight is 140, but I 'll be happy at 150. I'm turning 39 this year and I want to be fit at 40!!!!

    I'm 5' 7" and currently I weigh 220. According to the CDC ideal body weight calculator, 119 - 160 is normal. I'm aiming to shoot for 155 to 160 overall. I think anything smaller than 150, I will literally disappear. For right now, I'm doing in increments of 5 and focusing on losing at least 1 to 1.5 pounds a week. My goal is to do weight training 3 days a week and cardio 2 days. :wink:

    My goal weight is between 150-160lbs. I am currently 190lbs. Getting this excess fat off is definitely gonna happen this time around. Just had baby #2 its a wrap and taking my body back.amen

    As of today, I'm 137.8 lbs. My goal weight is 127lbs, but I'd prefer to be 120-125lbs. I'm about 5'4" and gained about 30 lbs while on some medication. Being off the medication has definitely helped me to lose over 30lbs so far as I had a difficult time losing through dirt and working out while still on the medication. The best I could do was maintain for the most part. I work out at least 4-5 days most weeks with interval training with the bike or running as well as strength training. My goal is to compete in some races later in the year. It's important to eat well and have rest days, so I encourage everyone to stick to their goals and don't let bad days discourage you!!

    I would like to get down to 140-160 depending on what muscle mass I'm carrying when I finally see the 100's again. I'm 5'3"

    I'm 5'5" and currently weigh 192.4lbs as of 4:30am today. My goal weight is 150lbs, so I have a ways to go. I haven't been lower than 185 since the early 2000s; it seems every time I reach that weight I get content and revert to poor habits. I'd like very much to do things differently now and am motivated more than ever before! I don't know how I feel about weighing less than 150lbs but I am open to a weight as low as 140. My short term goal is 187lbs by January 31.

    I am 5'6" and I now weigh 205 lbs. I started MFP on November 01 and at that time I weighed 235 lbs. I am approaching this loss at 5 kg increments which is equivalent to 11 lbs. My next goal is to get to 90 kg which is about 198 lbs which is 7 lbs away and will take me to onderland. I haven't seen one before my weight in about 7 years.
