I devour between 1500 to 1800 calories most days.
Around 20g carbs 90g protein & the rest fat.
Below 1500 I get hungry. :-( Quick road to failure.

1100-1500, 30-80 carbs. I know those are pretty big ranges. It's hard for me to be totally consistent.0

I'm a little piggle, at about 1600 a day. That's maintenance for me. In reality, I go under and over about equally often.0

1400 to 1900 20-30 net carbs losing 1.5lbs a week on that now but 26lbs in 10 weeks.0

2500-3500 calories a day. But, I maintain at around 2800-3000 a day, so this range is pretty much keeping me at the weight I want. There was some recent stress related gains, but that is related to eating foods off plan and also eating even above that range.0

1200 and 15-20 grams carbs. It was hard at first but it becomes much easier with time. Tracking on here has been immensely helpful.0

The Atkins book recommends 1500-1800 for women and 1800-2200 for men. I'm hanging in the 1800 range with no more than 2000. Just made the "tweak" so no report yet.0
