Sashimi-grade ahi?

Where can I get sashimi grade ahi or salmon?

I've been watching lots of Hawaii Five-0 lately and yesterday they ate ahi poke, and now I'm craving it. There are plenty of recipes on Pinterest, but they all call for sashimi-grade fish. So, Fresh Market? Whole Foods?

    Asian market? Idk. I've never had it.

    I didn't think about the Asian market! Lol. If whole foods doesn't have it I'll check there. Thanks!

    If you're going to have it "sashimi" do some googling about how good Japanese restaurants "prepare" the fish.

    They have it at a local fresh seafood shop where I live. We have bought it and made our own sushi and seared ahi tuna.....delicious!!
