I have noted that when you eat plain yogurt as the last item at any meal, the food comes out exactly in 6 hours. No constipation whatsoever. I believe we gain weight the longer it takes to digest. Try it and share your experience.

    The South Indian's are known to eat Curd Rice at the end of most meals. It definitely feels cooler after all the spicy Indian food :smile:

    yes, my husband does that after every meal and lol yup, he never had that problem :)

    i have to take tbs of milk of magnesia every other day - i have been known to have ibs - constipation.. the doc recommended this because i was getting my fiber and water and was struggling. i am now starting to lose some weight if i can stay at 1500 cal.
