    Day 6 DONE!!!!! I've been fighting a cold all week I got from babysitting my grands 2 weeks but I'm at 80% today!

    Working on sleep , water and logging all my food this week .

    It fatigues the legs better than using the Smith Machine

    Day 13 done plus the 30 days shred. . So far 10650 steps but still have 2 hours ofthe day leftso should hit at least 11000. Stay blessed and a good night
