Here we can keep a record of the exercise we have been doing. Feel free to use the format you like and update at a frequency that suits you. I have the record dating back to the beginning of the month, but you can start now if you want to. You can also set a goal (time or distance you will reach this month). I am not setting a goal as it is my first month back from surgery so I just want to see how it goes.

I've been riding my recumbant bike. I haven't been keeping track of my workouts, but I will start doing that on Monday. I wish there was some kind of way to receive notifications. I can never remember to check-in here.0
