Stay motivated this week to prepare for next!!
With turkey day next week I have decided that I am going to really work hard to meet my calorie and workout goals this week. Even if I don't see any progress I know I will feel at least a little looser around the midsection. Who's with me?
Definitely I'm in! I just made a pledge yesterday to lose 5 pounds by Christmas... I will totally do this! I'm sure I'm up from this past weekend, so I want to be down from what I weighed PRIOR to my excessive weekend I just had. Grab control of the reigns before the holidays hit hard... that way you will be able to survive without going too crazy. Have a GREAT week
Everyone is coming to my house for Thanksgiving which means I get to control SOME of the food. I'll just have to ensure I avoid the gorging of the food I don't control, though love.
I am also dedicated to getting out and exercising prior to the big dinner. Hopefully the weather will be nice so I can get outside, but if not...elliptical here I come.
