I mat need to look at changing my challenge goal weight, but not until I know I have achieved it and not just had a good scale day.

With Halloween approaching and a rough week overall, I decided to skip and give myself a week to recover. I would hate to see a huge water weight gain and have it discourage me when I finally feel like I might make some progress. Fingers crossed that I can get my head together this week and at least still be down by Friday.0 -

Not surprised to see that I am up a bit today. My last weigh in was when I was injured and wasn't able to eat well because of my medications. My goal for the next week is to get back into a better exercise routine now that my back is feeling better and get back to tracking my food more consistently. I know I can do better but I need to see where my problem areas are so that I can tweak my food plan and better pick my indulgences.0 -

Ok, so my updated goal was to get into the 150's and I am just hovering about a half pound above and below (I usually weigh in every other day to keep myself on track). So frustrating! I'm hoping this week I'll finally see that mark, but at least I'm not gaining, right?0 -
Final weight taken. I've been overeating intentionally over the past few days because I'm hiking from tomorrow until the following Fri. I will be spending a lot of calories, and carrying food, so I have been "filling up."
