    I use mostly websites. There are a ton of them available especially if you just google LCHF or low carb. the most expensive part is the initial investment in ingredients ie almond flour, coconut flour, sweetner, coconut oil.

    I always refer ppl to dietdoctor.com/lchf for the basics. It's pretty good info for free but the only thing I would add is to Google a keto calculator and get your macros to set proper goals and ensure you track everything you consume on here/look at the nutrient analytics to ensure you're following your macro goals. I've done KETO since beginning of 2014 and have not bought any extra books or anything.
