Intention Setting Ask yourself the following:
What are your deepest beliefs? If you believe in a higher Power, how often do you connect with it?
Your assignment
Step 1
Sit in meditation for 10 mins and consider your inner beliefs and outer actions (daily habits).
Step 2
Take a sheet of paper and fold it in half vertically.
Step 3
On the first half, your core beliefs.
Step 4
On the other half, list actions that you take daily.
Step 5
Examine and draw lines matching your daily habits with your core beliefs.
Some may or may not match.
