There's not really much reason you can't, except they might be a bit protein-heavy. If you get commercial ones, look out for added sugars.

Some people also like to just snack on butter or coconut oil/butter/manna to get their fat in if they feel so inclined. Pretty much whatever works.

Try looking up "fat bombs" for dessert like recipes that are high in fats.

Pork rinds in sour cream is tasty. I likepepperoni sticks and bacon too. My favourite snack is whipped coffee with coconut oil an coconut cream

Pork rinds, Pili nuts (2 carbs per serving but also have 2 grams fiber per serving - and they are VERY high in fat), heavy hipping cream if you're just looking to up your fat or whatever your favorite source of fat is.

Just curious, why do you think heavy whipping cream doesn't belong? A tablespoon has 5 grams of fat and zero grams of carbs. Except for the water, a tblsp of butter and 2 tblps of hwc have the same nutrient profile.

I think it was a joke referring to the typo. Heavy HIPPING cream. He's saying it won't make your hips heavy...

I guess that's an ample demonstration of my proofreading skills. In the words of Emily Litella, "That's different, never mind."
