This week we are going to workout to any DVD in our DVD Library. I'm partial to Kelly Coffey-Meyer, but I'm in a JM 30DS challenge so I might be switching back and forth.

Post which DVD you used, and let us know how you liked it.

Hang in there everyone...we'll make our goals!

So many to choose from. So little time to do them all. Muahahaha Hey my neighbor borrowed two of mine yesterday! Tomorrow might be yoga, or weights, maybe cardio.......

I have a few Leslie Sansone's to choose from as well as Jillian Michaels.

BTW I was 202 this morning. Working on getting back to 199 before Christmas. The DVDs will help.

    Just five more minutes.

Paula, maybe repeating our motto for today would help. Or put a DVD in and promise yourself that you are only going to do every other exercise. Or get on the treadmill for just five minutes. You'll get to it when you find your mojo. ;)

Hi Clara! How are you doing?

Kathy Congrats on the loss!! Wish I could say the same for this morning, but I can't!

I totally bombed our challenge today!! I didn't get to my DVD workout...Walked w/DH and Bean in the very dense fog this morning (total 6.04 miles for 13,191 steps) then got on the recumbent for 12.82 miles in 45 mins then went to 1st grade then shopped then made soup. I'll be getting to it tomorrow. I should have made the soup over the weekend when I had more time but... :p

I hope everyone has a grand Tuesday!

My friend is doing fabulous. Liver back to normal. Might get to go home tomorrow. :)

Kathy congratulations! Keep going. You could stick with the arms routine every other day Chris gave us. Cardio DVD on opposite days. B)

Paula get off that couch! >:)

Hi Clara! Grab a DVD and get moving with me. :p

Chris you moved today! You win. ;)

Did a KCM, biceps, triceps and shoulders today. And got in 30 minutes of a fast paced walk.

Yesterday I walked 2 miles instead of the DVDs challenge...it was too pretty to stay inside. Headed to the office early this morning and tennis practice after work will be my cardio.

Shelley, I will take your advice and complete the arms challenge every other day until
    done.

    Paula, you've got this...lets go! ;)

Chris - you're miles are amazing.

MFP does not like the word a*r*s*e.

Chris, you're right - baby steps - that's the trick.

Kathy, We're in this together - let's rock it!

Shelley, So happy for your friend.

    Clara, Let's do it!

Paula he went home today. But did not sound good on phone. Tried to convince him to go back.

That is ridiculous Paula. I have seen much worse on here. Offensive even.

Kathy you could take some hand weights on your walks!

Got in 30 minutes of walking and another KCM, it was something about trim. Weights, planks with rows, punching, twisting and lots of squats. And cake! Muahaha!

    I can push my limits.

    Cake...oooohhhhh! Nice job, Shelley!!

I hope your friend is alright, Shelley.

Kathy...what Shelley said about the weights.

    Paula...baby steps to the limit!!!

Walked w/DH and Bean in denser fog today than yesterday (total 6.11 miles for 13,351 steps) then got on the bike for 13.0 miles in 45 mins then went to 1st grade to help out then worked out to the Kelly Coffey-Meyer Muscle Up for 30 mins. A good day!

KCM, ok ladies, it was in the freezer. But I only had a small piece! ;)

Kathy you have to take advantage of every nice day you can. And I am feeling workout pain also. Hurts so good!

Paula and Chris awesome cardio day!

Got in an hour of speed walking today. But then I worked late and so no KCM! :'(

Another day down. Got in 30 minutes of walking and another KCM. It had alot of punching in it. One minute of weights, one minute of punching. Repeat!

Ok my angel fish is still in the quarantine. I noticed that during the first evening she was swimming like crazy after copper was added. Pretty sure it was some parasites. By the end of the first day her eye looked cloudy. And her fins were frayed. Eye could have already been cloudy. She is shy. Crossing my fingers. She eats well and is swimming normally again. December 21 is her final day of copper treatment. Hopefully she survives this step. Then I will do several days of water changes and treat her for fungal infections.

    Complaining doesn't burn calories!

Walked w/DH and Bean this morning (6.44 miles for 14,066 steps) then got on the bike for 12.50 miles in 45 mins and an episode of Castle then I went to 1st grade. I know something is missing here...

It does if you're tramping up and down and waving your hands agitatedly while complaining!

Jelly bellies at work. 25 = 100C and worth it!! So glad a few are satisfying.

Tennis practice last night -90.minutes. Our coach ran us all iver the courts...great cardio. I was so sore when I got home. Immediate Epsom salt bath was needed. I soaked for 30 minutes. Match on Saturday.

I love Jelly Bellies. Wouldn't last till Christmas. :)

Kathy and Chris you two are cracking me up. Rolling on the floor like some Jelly Bellies! Now hold out your hands so I can smack them! :*

Chris I am still doing the KCM. And still sore.

Sore I say Kathy. I hate this kind of sore. But I used all my Epsom salt in my garden beds. LOL

Hit the gym w/DDD this morning...she had me sweating like crazy by the time we were done. 50 mins of hard stuff! Then I got on the bike then I had lunch w/friends then I walked w/DH and Bean. I didn't eat the dessert!! I did have ONE BITE but that was it...pushed it away!

    I am totally sore everywhere!!!

You guys are the very best!!

I tried looking up KCM on YouTube, but her videos aren't complete any more - they're just samplers. You have to sign up (pay) to get the whole thing. Good for her! I guess it wasn't fair for me to have access to her workouts without rewarding her. Oh well.

Fell asleep before getting to our video shelves. Maybe tonight? Maybe not. Spent all day putting up holiday lights. Several hours - why does it take more time than you expect? Seems like it would be so simple.

    Love and kisses :kissing_smiling_eyes:

Chris great job on not eating the dessert! :)

Went to subway today. I wanted the cookies, but had chips instead. Not perfect, but better than the two cookies!

Got up and finally got my Christmas cards done with DH. We write a letter. Mailed out 22. Takes a bit of time. Also mailed out a package. Glad that is done. Then got my wall wrapped in paper. I like to decorate a wall to tape my Christmas cards to for display. Made some more fudge for the neighbors. Walked the boys. Just busy all day. Getting ready for my mom's visit.

Took my 4 fuscias into the shower today. I like to give them a good watering every couple of weeks. I do water them between their showers also. Since these ones were almost $30.00 each it is worth it. In a little more than 4 months I can pot them up and put them outdoors some.

Paula I ran out of time to do a DVD. Got alot done today though. I agree with you, people should receive coin for their hard work. :drinker:

Good morning. Well we loss this week. Went 3 sets again but these ladies schooled us in that last set. My team loss all 5 matches but we all played hard. These ladies had 4 years more experience then us on this level but we played well.

BTW I took a spill in that 3rd set. Thankfully I fell on my bottom and some how did not hit my head. A little shaken and my right hip hurts this morning but no worse for wear. I guess I have a little cushion back there. ;)

    I'm 202 this morning...still about the same.

Shelley - your energy amazes me...who needs a DVD. :)

Paula - I'm going to do some Christmas decorating today. My family are coming here instead of our parents house. I have a little more room. So I need to make it a little festive.

Chris - you're my hero. :D You always get it done!

    DON'T GIVE UP!

Thank you, Kathy and Shelley. That's so sweet!

It was cold, windy and raining this morning! DH and I walked anyway! Total of 5.44 miles for 11,832 steps. Then I go ton the bike for 13.00 miles in 45 mins then I worked out to KCM's Muscle Up workout #1. We went to lunch w/DDD and SIL then went to the bookstore. I'm going to read now!!

My weight this morning was 137.2...that makes me happy!

Hope you all have a terrific Monday!

Oh no Kathy! Falling is always painful. Especially when others see you. Heal quickly. I know you all played hard. Never heard you fall before. Kathy I love when you say such nice things. But I do need the DVD' s.

Chris great going. Nice weight! How cold was it?

Timmy was not feeling well today. So we cut the walk short. But I was up early and got another KCM workout completed. I think it was her Body Work one.

So how are we doing on clutter everyone? Chris is the garage done? Kathy those rooms upstairs? And Paula is the table still doing OK? Today I got rid of some more VHS workouts. Never used them! And a large collection of fitness magazines! Truly there were only a few I even finished reading! To many ads! Oh and my first Xbox! Loved that thing once upon a time. Now I must look for something else to thin out. :drinker:
