To easily transition into your program, only eat half of your normal meal. For example, if you get a meal at a restaurant only eat half and save the rest for the next meal. Stop eating BEFORE you get full!

    One thing that helps me when trying to lose weight is before eating downing a glass of water. This tricks your body into thinking you are full before eating therefore you only need to eat a little to get that entirely full feeling. Hopefully this helps!

    Absolutely. Water is a must. I will drink a glass before I eat from now on. I'm so hype!
