Exercising on this plan?

Does anyone exercise regularly on this plan? Do you time it around a certain day? What type and how much and how does it make you feel?

    Hi! I know this is old, but I just joined. I exercise on this! I always have more energy on fast days for some reason. I either exercise in the morning, or in the afternoon an hour or so after lunch. I run/jog/walk 3 miles.

    yes, I do cardio (burpees, jumping jacks, sit ups, squats, etc).

    I swim in the morning. Have my main meal at lunchtime or I get too hungry!

    Right now I'm doing cardio. Just completed my second week of IF. My first fasted workout was difficult. But I seem to have adjusted and don't see much difference on fasted days vs fed days. I do take a pre-workout supplement now before fasted workouts, but I've felt so good, I'm guessing I don't need it.

    @jessaalfie how long have you been doing the fasting diet? did you have to work up to being able to workout?
