Again this week you are going to workout to any DVD in your DVD Library. I'm partial to Kelly Coffey-Meyer these days and will continue with her workouts.

Post which DVD you used, and let us know how you liked it.

    Sounds awesome by me. Kathy are you still doing the other workouts? Hope so. I also am into KCM right now. I might try to do a step boxing one later this week. I am on a mission Chris. Working my way through every KCM one I have! :drinker:

    The early part of this week I'll be focused on the arms challenge. My hip is really sore as well as my Achilles. It's a good thing we don't play again until after the holidays. My body needs the rest to heal.

    Hopefully in a few days I can rejoin the DVD challenge.

    Kathy heal up quickly. Being sore really stinks! Ice could help. :'(

    Chris I am done with one of them, and will finish another tonight. I have quite a few though. Good thing my neighbor borrowed two from me. :laugh:

    Shoot, I was sure I posted last night and asked Paula the same question...must not have hit the right button!

    My weight remained the same as yesterday. I'm good with that since I did eat some lightly salted almonds. Walked w/the boys this morning...ssssooooo cold!!! Total of 6.89 miles for 15050 steps then 13.06 miles on the recumbent in 45 mins then went to 1st grade. No DVD tonight.

    Hope everyone is doing great!

    I have KCM TLC (train like a contender) - don't like it as much as the one that had been saved on YouTube. But that's okay. Would like more legs and less boxing. :cry:

    Mom got in late. Planes were all behind due to the storm.

    MISTAKES ARE OKAY!

    Shelley have fun with your mom!

    Walked w/DH and Bean this morning (6.72 miles for 14,684 steps) then got on the bike for 13.00 miles in 45 mins and an episode of Grimm then went to 1st grade then went to the gym w/DDD and met with our trainer for an hour. A good Wednesday!

    Mid-week and things happen...hope all the exercise counter-balances it. I'll see in a couple of days! I hope everyone's day was good.

    Train like a contender is a fun one! Paula I really like the cardio punching it has. Got to run. Just checking in with you guys. Did a KCM last night. My mom did a little. I think she just liked cracking the whip on me! :drinker:

    REMEMBER WHY I STARTED!

    Shelley...your mom is a crack-up!

    Walked w/DH and Bean early this morning (6.09 total miles for 13,298 steps) then got on the recumbent for 12.41 miles in 45 mins and an excellent episode of Grimm! Then worked out to KCM's Muscle Up #2 then...nothing!! Played w/Bean and just chilled! Well, I did wrap 28 books for our DDD's first graders. We give all her kids a book for Christmas. It was a good Thursday!

    Tomorrow is weigh in...we'll see what happens. Shopping w/DDD tomorrow, FUN!

    Good morning ladies. Working really hard to get ready for family Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. My niece is calling it our family pajama party. Work is crazy busy and the food and parties...too much. I weighed 203.4 this morning. Not happy...

    Must make time for more exercise...stating the obvious...but so busy. You ladies are doing great. Without you things would be much worse.

    Hang in there Kathy! The candy at work has been calling my name but I'm off for 3 days. Going to eat a big salad for lunch.

    Got in a kettle workout today and also a 30 minute stretch with Tony Horton. Mom was trying right along with me. B)

    Feels good, especially since it is done. :drinker:

    Shelley, I love kettlebells. Good job!

    Paula it will all work out.

    I walked w/DH in the fog this morning then picked up Bean and went out again (7.57 total miles for 16,342 steps) then got on the bike for 16.75 miles in 61 mins. A good ride. The sun finally burned through the clouds this afternoon. A good day!

    Should have slipped in a KCM DVD today, but the boys were sleeping in my workout area and I wasn't about to wake them!!

    Aw Chris, sending you a hug! I am so happy you are here also. :) I was looking forward to hearing about your new KCM DVD. Guess you will have to tell me about it tomorrow. Kick them boys out of your room. :)

    Paula have fun on your days off! I just love days off. I think it will give you time to kick those "real" pounds to the curb! Pom poms up! (I had a couple this morning) (do not tell Chris). B)

    Walked the boys. They are starting to feel better. I do not think I told you guys. But Rocky unwittingly gave them meat cooked in alot of onions. They were pretty sick. They ate alot of baked chicken. Only thing they could keep down. So no onions for our four footed friends. Also did another KCM DVD. It was all legs and hips! So it was a great workout. :p

    Shelley - ahhh, so sorry the boys got sick. :'( Bean cannot have chicken or anything that has hints of chicken or things that fly in it!! Gotta read all the ingred. Glad they are better. :)

    Got my walking done with the boys early this morning then got on the bike for 12.75 miles in 45 mins and an episode of Castle then worked out to KCM's Lean Body Circuits. Not sure I'm crazy about it. A lot of boxing combos...no hint of what then next exercise is so you are a few beats behind. I'll do #2 tomorrow and see. I was sweating through it but I don't like being confused and not able to keep up.

    I was back up to 140 this morning... :s EGAD!!

    Boy, would I like to be up to 140 :smile: but am instead down to 164. Hope everybody's boys are okay. Didn't know onions were bad for dogs. Thought dogs could eat anything (well, I know they can, but they shouldn't right?)

    Looking forward to having time to workout again instead of coming home tired and collapsing.
