    Lots of walking some days even tho I had vertigo on Sunday and did not do many steps. Glad it is gone!!

    Thank you, I haven't walked as much as the past 3 months, but enough to make my goal. Thru the 27th I have 398.41, today I will make it. The next few days will just be working towards my 100 for December. That number is 77.20 thru the 27th. Janice
