    FANTASTIC!
I'm just curious- what are your age and height, that you keep your calories @ 1200? Not judging cause I'm doing the same, but I'm not losing, either.

I turned 70 in October and am 5'5" tall. Since graduating from carrying oxygen around 24/7, I realized my choices really could make a difference. Loosing weight was one of those choices and this WOE seems to be the only way I can do that and not have to starve or go to the gym daily. 1200 calories just seemed natural to me since I had to struggle to make 1300 and 1400 that was initially suggested. Most days it's closer to 1100. I'm sure the numbers will increase after I start my walking exercise. :)
