Specific -I will increase muscle strength and endurance by performing a variety of exercises using weight training equipment



Measurable -Will keep diary by using myfitnesspal to track progress
-Morphometric parameters taken at week 4, 8 and 12



Attainable -Sign up to GetFitAnytime
-1250 calorie goal per day
-Walk 5 days a week, 30 min a day
-Strength training 3 days a week
-Light/low impact cardio 1 day a week
-deck of cards 5 days a week
-drink 90 oz of water per day
-Slim -once a day, 30 minutes before any meal (1 packet daily)
-BioCleanse - 2 capsules, 2 times daily (4 capsules daily)
-ProBio 5 -1 capsule with the evening meal or at bedtime (1 capsule daily)
-XFactor - 2 capsules a day (2 capsules daily)
-MegaX - 2 softgels a day (2 softgels daily)



Relevant -exercising more fits into my larger weight loss and muscle gaining plan
-I will adjust reps, and sets accordingly as I increase strength



Time Bound -Lose 12% of my body weight by March 25, 2015
