Well, it is the last weigh in date of December. Hope everyone reached their goals; but, if someone did not, that's okay. Remember, we are taking this weight loss journey slow and steady. So if you lost any weight this month, no matter how much it was, or how little it was, CONGRATULATE Yourself!! You lost weight!!

    I'm really not sure what I want my goal weight to be I'm just taking it slow and steady.
    I do know I want to increase my stamina and core muscles.
