My lovely husband bought home a little terracotta pot of artichoke, parmesan and chilli dip from the shops for me. He said "you can eat it, I checked the label". Bless him, I've taught him to read carbs per 100g :) He was right, I can eat it, and it's delish. 40 cals and 0.7g carbs per 30g serving. I ended up halving an avocado and filling the seed hole with it, omg it was good.p9ufclcsa1ni.jpg

    Aww! I need to teach my hubby to read labels. He comes home with chips and says, "You can eat them, right?" LOL

    I'm in Australia so it might not be available in the US. It's Chris's brand, I hadn't seen it before either. I believe he got it in Coles.

    This is so sweet and it sounds delish! I have my hubby reading labels too. He tries his best to low carb with me although his carb level is a little higher than mine.

    Amazing how my hubbie acts like an excited puppy that did good when he finds something I can eat. So sweet. We are very lucky ladies!
