I don't measure in grams. But the amount I use varies daily, depending on what I eat. I always use a tbsp to cook with, then will add a tsp on top before eating. But, I don't eat three meals a day. I'm down to one meal, and a snack after my coffee breakfast. I get the majority of my fat grams from heavy whipping cream.

    I probably eat between 30 to 60 grams a day. (About 2-4Tbs)
It varies. Could be more some days but probably wouldn't be less than 30 anytime. I think there's too many good reasons to eat butter, so I never try to limit it. Except for calories to a degree.

I just do 14g which equals one tbsp in my coffee every morning. I tend to get my fats from various sources throughout the day (bacon, cream, eggs, etc.) and cook with olive oil or bacon fat when it comes to grilling veggies. All down to your personal preference!

I generally have at least one Tbsp per day. I eat three xl eggs at breakfast and if I'm not having bacon then I cook my eggs in butter. On the occasions when I eat green beans I will put at least a tsp on them but I don't really measure.

We eat a ton of butter at my house. I would say that I eat 30-60 g daily or more, especially if I use it in cooking. If I have BPC, that amount may be more.

0-2 tbsp (0-28g) per day is common, although if I want it, I don't limit it.

Bunches, lol. I have a TBSP in my coffee if I am having BPC. Then I tend to cook things in butter, add butter to my steamed veggies, fry my eggs, steaks or pork chops in butter. So guessing I would say anywhere between 2-4 Tbsps/ day sometimes maybe a little more depending on my meals for the day. I don't limit it.

Between 0-2 TB for me. I get most of my fat through heavy cream. I use butter on veggies and to cook things in mostly.

1-2 tbs a day right now. These days I mostly use butter in BPC, although I will fry eggs in it if I have them. And I'll have at least a tbs of coconut oil, and the rest of my fats are primarily cream and occasionally olive oil.

I don't measure, and it depends on what I am eating that day. Sometimes I cook eggs in it (if I'm not having bacon, when I use the bacon grease). I put it on hot veggies. I cook shrimp in it.

Kerrygold on everything! I have at least 30 g, just in my coffee. Then I add it to meat, and it's in plenty of recipes.

I don't really count butter. I just put it on a lot of stuff (and usually it melts) or I use it to fry things. Just last night I browned a couple pounds of ground beef in butter. Tastes great!
