veggie chickpea bowl

i bought a frozen vegetarian meal. it was kind of good, so i thought i would come up with my own version.
in a pot i put in about a cup each of chopped celery, carrots and peppers, sauteed them for a few minutes in vegetable broth and a little white wine. then added some turmeric, cumin, chili powder, paprika and black peppers. next i added a can of rinsed chickpeas and a bunch of chopped kale and let it cook for about 20 minutes, until the kale was tender, watching the liquid content if i needed to added a bit more. it came out really good. it served 3, so i had 3 lunches.

    do you know what the cals are for 1 serving? this sounds great and want to give it a try.
