Totally kicked *kitten* on my third fast yesterday. I was able to fast on Thursday, but then things went south around 3:30. So thought I would give it another go yesterday and nailed i. As a result, I lost 1.8 this week. I'm not sure if attempting 3 fasts for me is wise. I think I begin to feel like I need to be rewarded for having attempted 3 fasts then overindulging, effectively negating the fast. Starting Tuesday, I'll stick to 2 FD a week. Still, I'm turning down a 1.8 loss!0
