upside down low fat cheesecake

Recipes is as follows:

1 large containter fat free cool whip
graham cracker crust already made
1 pkg of fat free cream cheese (softened)
fruit of your choice...I like pineapple with the juice partially drained

So put your fruit on the bottom of the pie crust...then mix with an electric mixer your softened cream cheese and fat free cool whip and put it on top of the fruit mixture...refrigerate for 2 hrs and enjoy...low fat and delicious
