My top 5, no particular order:
- Sliced avocado sprinkled with nutritional yeast - my favourite part of breakfast, served with my scrambled eggs w/ spring onions
- Wild Rocket - it's my go-to green leafy veg (Wild Arugula if you're in the U.S., NOT the rounded leaf version, the type with the pointy leaves) A big bowl of it is the perfect side for any type of grilled (or pan-fried) meat.
- Salmon hand rolls (Scottish smoked salmon (like lox), cream cheese, avocado and baby gem lettuce wrapped in nori)
- Chicken thighs pan fried in a blend of olive oil & ghee, the chicken crisps up on the outside, no breading needed
- Zoodles with pesto & meatballs

I've never thought to combine these 2, but will definitely be trying it....today!
Another of my go-to foods is Kind Strong bars. Awesome ingredients, all savory flavors rather than the standard sweet protein bars. 15g carbs, 10g protein, and 16g fat.

I hope you enjoy it! I was introduced to the combo during one of my vegetarian phases when I was doing a lot of raw food. My favourite raw cafe served "avocado fries" with a beet burger on raw bread. It was all so delicious, but sooo much work went into creating all of these substitute raw foods. But the avocado fries are easy and I still eat them0 -

-Pepperoni and cream cheese
-Ribeye steaks
-Steamed broccoli with garlic powder, black pepper and a ton of butter
-Bacon cheeseburger salad,-romaine, crumble hamburger, bacon pieces, shredded cheese, dill pickle, red onion pieces, a few pieces of tomato, mustard and mayo
Don't know about the other four items, but "bacon cheeseburger salad" just jumped to the top of my list. Why have I never thought of this?0 -
Bacon, always bacon
Steak - rare and juicy (I prefer T-bones, strips and tenderloins)

I guess these are maybe not my favorite but my most common. My favorite would def include steak which my budget is not allowing for right now.
1. Fried egg covered in a melted slice of provolone
2. LC PB cookies
3. Ham and cheese rollups, hot
4. SF Popsicles
5. LCHF chili

My top 5 craving crunchers are:
1- dill pickles dipped in ranch dressing
2- avocado wedges dipped in ground flax and fried in coconut oil
3- spoonful of peanut butter
4- celery and cream cheese or peanut butter
5- tea with monk fruit or Oregon sf chai with unsweetened coconut milk heated.
Also have been known to dip cheese sticks in garlic salt or just fry cheese in a skillet!0 -
@skinnyutahgurl you have inspired me with your fried avocado and fried cheese! I think I'm going to try making mozzarella sticks with almond flour! And my avocado slices may have to join the cheese in the pan0
