Help! Need advice...

I'm on week five and, after running day 2 on Thursday, my thighs (quads) hurt so bad yesterday and are still sore today. Should I do my 20 minutes today, or rest another day?

Another rest day won't hurt anything.
Did you do anything different that you usually do? Did you stretch after running?0 -
Rest and maybe foam roll or do some yoga for runners0

Another vote for foam rolling or maybe even pull up a yoga cool doe for runners, most will take you through a good stretching routine0
