Im 8 weeks pp, had lost all 30lbs of baby weight 2 weeks pp, i am now staring to gain again. Im always hungry and wanting to snak. Anybody know how many cal i should consume to not impact my supply?

I find oats for breakfast keep me full for a long time and help milk supply! I also have hot cocoa for dessert instead of junk and that helps supply too0

Following. I am 4 months pp. I have a hard time finding healthy calories. And how much calories do you ladies take? I also wish this group was more active.0

Hi Amy! I usually add an extra 500 calories a day to account for breastfeeding my little one.
