Spelt Oat Banana Berry Muffins

Recipe for Spelt Oat Blueberry Banana Muffins:
1 cup Old-Fashioned oatmeal, blended to a powder (or 1 cup oat flour)
1/2 cup spelt flour
*2tbs brown sugar (optional, still tastes great without it)
3 tsp baking powder
1 mashed banana
1 egg
1/3 cup almond milk
1 cup blueberries
*you can use any sweetener you like
Prepare muffin tin and preheat oven to 400˚F(200˚C)
Combine dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients.
Fold in blueberries.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until you think they're done.
Makes about 8-9 muffins.
Roughly 120 calories per muffin.
