Hey there, getting back on the wagon. I have a bag of ground flaxseed in my fridge and I'm wondering what can be done with it. Any suggestions?

I make MIMs / OMMs. (Muffin in a minute or One Minute Muffin).

I add it to protein shakes, to steamed veggies, to a LC Swedish almond flour recipe (make great rolls), you can add it to just about anything, even mixed into a cream cheese dessert as a bulking agent..0

I know I'm late to the party but I add ground flax to my pancakes. So easy: 1 Tbsp each of Ground Flax, Coconut Flour, Heavy Cream, 2 eggs, water to thin out - mix - and pancake 'em.0

I melt mozzarella, stir in some flax before it has a chance to get too touch or stringy, roll it out, and cut the dough into chips. Baking and deep-frying both work. It's done when it looks like something you want to eat.0
