It's KCM this week!! What is your pleasure? ...because it is a pleasure to workout and to glisten all over...right? Right?

    I completed KCM Muscle Definition and walked this afternoon and have 12,363 steps for 4.95 miles. And yes Chris I was glistening all over and it was nice.

    I have glistened yesterday when I tried out the programs on my stationary bike. There's one labeled "A ride in the park", I guess cause it doesn't have a lot of hills. Did get my heart rate going and I did glisten. Today was a lift weights day. Didn't glisten but did get the heart going.

    I walked w/DH and Bean this morning...4.75 miles in 116 mins and a little bit of glisten. Then I went to 1st grade then I shopped then I did a 2 1/2 minute plank and glistened for the final 30 seconds!! and that was all. My mojo flew out the window driving home. Going to finish my book now.

    Glistening! Muahaha, I always said I glowed! But honestly I flat out dripped tonight. Did I mention I have my own gym towels?

    Kathy you are welcome. It sure was great of Chris to introduce me to KCM. Over a year ago.

    Chris we have been on here for 3 years now! This group keeps me from falling back into really bad habits. I am not gaining more and keeping it each year.

    Sounds like a great bike ride Clara. :smiley:

    Paula get out there and get your glistening on. :blush:

    It's been a fun three years, Shelley!! We all need to stick together for sure!

    Glisten...glisten...glisten!! That was me this afternoon while doing KCM's Strength and Stamina workout! Crimeny!

    Walked w/DH and bean this morning then got on the bike for 13.0 miles in 45 mins and an episode of Castle then went to 1st grade then worked out to KCM then tried to do a three minute plank too soon after I finished with KCM and only got to two mins before my arms were shaking really bad! Should have waited longer. I'll try it later...maybe. I still have assisted pull ups to do.

    Chris you are making me want to be able to do those assisted pull ups! WOOHOO. I am staying with you guys until the bitter end! :blush: And a new Grim is on Friday!

    I did her Cardio Pump. I just got it back from a friend. Did part of the second workout. There was a short warm up which had squats and stupid running in place. Then it was all up hill. You used 3 sets of weights. I love doing these types. Every body part had 3 exercises, start with the heaviest weight, then the middle and the least. She constantly encouraged you to push yourself. I used my 5, 7, & 10's. I used a 12 for some. I think I will do it again tomorrow and push myself to use 7, 10 & 12's. Kathy you might want to put this on your list for when you need to change up. :drinker:

I swear...I love this site but when they start reaching out and grabbing my friends...well... >:)

    Gotta go to the gym now...I'm told that exercise is good for taming the stress!! :s

    Kathy that is why I hang around these guys. But yes we want to know.

    I did the same one tonight. Almost did nothing. But thought, last chance workout week! So I brought out my 7, 10, & 12 pounders. So glad I finished it. Only a couple more days left of this month.

    Okay so...I managed 4.0 miles in 98 mins w/DH and Bean this morning then I got on the recumbent for 13.10 miles in 45 mins then I went to 1st grade then I went to the gym w/DDD and met our trainer for an hour of hurt. I got my 40 assisted pull ups done and a 3 minute plank done! It's been a good day! I'm going to read now!

    Chris, I was thinking of asking if I could bring a girlfriend. You know their HQ is in San Francisco, is that right?

    Okay, you guys are starting to scare me. I had an interview appointment once as a young girl but turned around and left when i saw the seedy apartment it was located at. Baaad feeling.

    Do you like San Francisco? Just keep in mind that the Super Bowl is on the 7th.

    I had an interview just like yours...it was for modeling clothes to a small groups of people...I was 18...I don't think so! It was creepy! And we didn't have cell phones or GPS then...

    Let's keep it up...we will get there!

    Chris you nailed that 3 minute plank the other day. :drinker: The muscles will heal, and you will be doing 4 minute planks! :wink: My muscles are sobbing today also. But it was worth it!

    Got in an hour of fast walking today. My black worms arrived today. So since I was already sore and got in an hour of walking, I skipped weights. I cleaned the new worms and got them set up in their containers. The fish were excited to get a meal of fresh worms. :smiley:

    Today's My REST DAY, but I'm going to do my plank this morning...I'll let you know how I do.

    Got in a great last day workout. An hour of brisk walking and 30 minutes of steady weight lifting. Did cardio pump again with KCM. But raised the intensity of the weights. It was great! :drinker:

    Walking early tomorrow morning w/DH then hitting the gym w/DDD and SIL if everything works out. We'll see.

    Maynard (my meower) thinks it is funny to sit on my left wrist as I type. Next best thing to walking on the keyboard and writing his own posts. He doesn't seem to mind bouncing up and down as my wrist flexes.

    Must do more than wrist flexing today. Going to suit up (jeans & T) for a little kitchen corner bench set delivery. House now has rugs, table, some chairs and a daybed. A couch, more chairs and a hutch are pending. Still need a bed and shelves.

    After the delivery, hoping to walk. Yay for sunshine holding! Cold but bright! (ok cold to me is 50's...)

    Paula...I'm with you...cold is 50's! And your kitty is such an exerciser!! Which house is getting all the new stuff??

    Walked w/DH at 6:30 this morning. We were pretty fast because we did not have Bean with us. Then I hit the gym w/DDD and SIL for 40 min TRX workout plus a 3 1/2 minute plank then the carpet man was here when I got home. He's a friend of SIL. He did a terrific job. Evidence of a very large puppy is gone!!! Don't know if I'll get on the bike today or now...maybe.

    It was a beautiful day here so we decided to have tennis practice. We were at the courts over 2 hours. It was great being back! Also I got in 9,047 steps for 3.60 miles. No KCM today. My body is now one giant ache. It's been 2 weeks since I picked up a racquet.

    Taking an Epsom salt bath and going to bed.

    Chris thanks so much. I am feeling it a little. I love to get my carpets cleaned. I just hate it when they are wet! Nice workout. And that plank was a thing of glistening beauty! o:) Great day.

    Paula do tell. What is up with the houses? My kitty does something similar. They must be related! Meow! :flushed:

    Kathy, sounds like a great cardio workout today. Maybe more KCM tomorrow. :wink:

    Today got crazy. We set up a quarantine tank for the fish in the 140 gallon one. Drained it down, removed the rock. And moved all fish to quarantine tank. We put some of the rock in it also. And one fish actually hitch a ride to the holding tank in a rock! Then we removed all the sand also. Tossed it. Then filled as much of the tank with all the water we had ready. It is over 1/2 full now. We bought 75 pounds of cured live rock. Hopefully we can get sand tomorrow and finish cleaning the sump and getting it all restarted. We decided we were never going to get rid of the copper unless we got drastic. The new rock was spendy. Rock is almost $6.00 a pound. This has been a costly mistake never to be forgotten. Just trying to get it set up and ready for the fish to go back in.

    I bet you never thought you would learn so much about keeping fish before! Muahaha

    Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

    No KCM for me either today, Kathy. But my aches are more health related (arthritis) and I feel like an awful workout buddy. :disappointed:

    Chris & Shelley, the new house is getting furnished, the one we would visit in if fate ever allowed us to congregate.

    Shelley having fun with your fish seems to make you so happy!! Glad you got rid of the copper sand.

    Paula you are not an awful workout buddy!!! We all love you here. And we all do what we can when we can. Some days it's more than others. Some days it's not at all. You know that. Now, I hope your arthritis starts behaving and you can more done.

    Walked w/DH this morning for 5.09 miles in 101 mins (7.82 total miles for 16,647 steps) then got on the recumbent for 13.06 miles in 45 mins and an episode of Castle then I went to Costco w/DDD and SIL then DDD and I got our hair cut then I put my house back together then I workout to KCM's Muscle Up for 30 mins then I tried to do a 3 1/2 min plank but only got to 2 1/2 mins then I did 40 assisted pull ups. Now I'm going to read!!! A good Sunday indeed even if my weight was up this morning!
