Hi everyone
I have been following low carbs now for 3 weeks and I have lost 12lbs - decided to start logging on mfp so I can see what I am eating carb wise day to day
I am not counting calories at present but would appreciate some support

Hi! I was like this before as well
I start low carb and I dropped a lot! But when I start counting cal, log my diary I realise some fruit and veggies are also high in carb so realistically I didn't do low carb at all but just eat more healthier.

I'm low carb also 20g or less and 30 min on elliptical daily... Down 7lbs in first week. Would love an add also... Need all the support I can get!!0
