Another prediabetic on Keto here. I've already lost 16 pounds in two months. Fasting glucose levels are improving. Skin and hair improvements... I feel awesome!0

I'm always happy to have new Keto friends! I started in May. Down 28lbs and 10 to go! I log every day and am pretty strict with what I allow but I don't find it difficult. Very surprising from a former hard core sugar addict!
