Best bought lunch?

Was shocked at how much energy was in St Pierre's sushi today.

Was wondering if anyone has found a good go to healthy lunch from Subway/Maccas etc?

Thanks!

You could check out Pita Pit. If you get a petita size with the right combination of fillings then it is fairly reasonable. The best thing is that their website allows you to build a pita and it gives pretty accurate nutritional information which helps with logging. It also lets you see how making the right choices instead of the more kJ-rich choices (delicious aioli I'm looking at you) can affect the overall count.

Thanks for that info will go have a cruz around their site. Most days I take my lunch, I.m on the road and find it very hard to stay away from the fried chicken and stuff only allowing myself to buy lunch on Fridays.
