So happy to meet you all! This is going to be awesome! Hope everyone had a good day and logged everything.

I'm soooo glad I got my workout in early this am since I spent 3hrs waiting at the Doctors office with my son in the afternoon. I'm exhausted now. Food is fine for the day. I follow 5/2 and today is a fast day...

Hoping for a successful week. My weight loss has been stalled for a while. I need some kind of a kickstart!

I was in the last one! I love this idea.

On the 31st I hit 118.2, but after a couple of days of slacking, a night of food and a head of soaking wet hair from a very recent shower...

    USW: 154
    SW for challenge: (Feb04):119.4
    GW for challenege: 114.5
    GW overall: 113.5

I will hit this in February. I know it. :)

What days are we weighing in this time...?

following is what seems to be my usual regime:

45 min gym( include 10 min cardio 35 strength)

food, i feel m taking kinda 1600+ although my target is 1200.

    I m a veggetarian thankfully

    lifestyle: desk job(SEDENTARY)

i keep adding weight!!! reached 57kg from 52 in a matter of 2 years!!
I have these bloody cravings for food, specially after 10 o clock( if i m awake, or evening snack time..thats when my calorie goes for a toss!!!)

just say something that may help me!

Weigh in on Mondays? I find that helps me keep in control over the weekend...

This forum is here to offer each other help and support. For myself, I am working out 6x a week (cardio and Weight training). The big piece is also logging everything in MFP daily and trying to stay under budget. (I do not eat my exercise calories...)

Right now I have hit a plateau and am getting very frustrated! I am doing everything right, but the scale is not budging. :-( I am not going to give up!

Hey @Working2B - I know this sounds entirely counter-intuitive, but sometimes when I hit a plateau, varying my daily calorie intake helps make me go down. For example, 1200 one day, 1600 the next, then 1400, then 1800, then 1200 again.

Additionally...do you do body measurements besides the scale? If you're weight training you may be doing some fat/muscle switch ups :)

    Hey Mapalicious,

I actually do intermittent fasting, so I have 2 x 500-600 calorie days a week. That sure mixes stuff up! I have been tracking my body fat, and it has changed slightly...

I am hoping I'll see a drop soon. My body is very efficient...
