Zone breakfast

hey guys! Anyone have any great zone breakfasts from the first day? I did a 3 block breakfast with 1 egg and 2 egg whites scrambled (2 protein and 2 fat), 3 turkey bacon (1 protein), 1/2 tsp peanut butter on an apple (1 fat and 2 carbs) and 1/2 cup of blueberries (1 carb). Hope everyone is having a great Monday!

I'm supposed to have 5 blocks so this might sound like a lot of food (and it was): 1T of peanut butter, 1 container of Triple zero Oikos yogurt, 4oz of 4% milkfat cottage cheese, 5oz apple, 1/2oz of goat milk cheddar cheese.0
